That is up to you! Folding chairs / picnic blankets are very welcome.
There is un-reserved seating within the football ground with a fantastic view of the stage which you are welcome to take advantage of. We also have a disabled viewing platform.
We have a fabulous selection of fairly priced, delicious food and mouth-watering drinks available on-site. You may bring in food from outside if you'd like a picnic, however, drinks from outside are not permitted. We are a licensed event and bag searches will be in operation on arrival, any alcohol brought onto site will be confiscated. 1 SEALED bottle of water per person is permitted and we will happily refill this for you on site if needed.
As you'll appreciate, the weather is a little unpredictable but we are prepared for virtually any eventuality. Our festival stage is 'all weather' and the events will still take place if it's raining. Our football pitch event site is well equipped for drainage and we are very confident that rain will not affect the Good Times!
In the event that these shows can't legally go ahead due to Government restrictions, you will be offered a full refund including any booking fees. You do NOT need to take out any ticket insurance to take advantage of this policy.
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe at these events. We are an outdoor site and operating at a limited capacity. This means that those guests that would like to be shoulder to shoulder at the front are very welcome. However, if you are more comfortable with additional space around you, there is plenty of room across the site where everyone befits from a fantastic view of our festival stage.
If you're local, we highly recommend walking! check out the 'Getting Here' page for all the other options!
There is limited on-site parking and you can book this during your ticket booking for just £4. This will allow you to park right outside with a 1 minute walk to the gates. Other local parking will also be available within a 5-10 minute walk. We are also pleased to offer a limited amount of Disabled spaces available to pre-book for a £1 admin fee. Only vehicles with pre-booked parking will be granted access to Lodge Road, in addition to residents of course.
You do not need to print your eTicket, showing it on a mobile device is fine. If you can't find your confirmation e-mail or eTickets, you will need to present ID upon arrival for us to retrieve your booking information.

Yes, there will be a designated exit for re-admission if you need to leave the event site.
If you are unable to attend the event for whatever reason, you are able to re-sell or give your ticket to someone else. The booking name will not need to be changed and there is no need to get in touch. As long as the new ticket holder has the eTickets, they will be granted entry.
Please do not re-sell tickets for a profit.
Only designated support dogs are permitted on-site.
For vehicle access, Lodge Road will be open for pre-booked car parking, performers, staff and residents only. Dropping off or picking up will not be permitted anywhere near Lodge Road. If you need to be dropped off or collected, we recommend Broad Lane or further down North Road. Please do not use The Fox car park as they are a busy pub and their car park is for customer use only.
Unfortunately not. Due to the format of the events and site layout, there will not be meet and greet opportunities.
